Geislinger Services offers preventive service so­lutions with the shortest engine downtimes and trouble­-free operation between overhaul intervals. Our highest priority at Geislinger Services is to provide the fastest possible response times in line with engine maintenance requirements.

EXPERIENCE

We focus on repairs rather than just on the replacement of products, which leads to the low­est cost of ownership throughout the product life­ cycle. This is more demanding for us, but we value sustainability and long lifecycles in our products. To ensure the correct parameters are provided for trouble-free operation of Geislinger products, our service engineers support you during installation and supervise operation of our products from initial start-up and testing phase.

SPARE PARTS SUPPLY
SPARE PARTS SUPPLY

To have the correct spare parts available when and where they are needed is essential for any kind of efficient maintenance. We provide a fast response to spare parts enquiries and our OEM parts are of the highest quality. Our logistics department will enable the fastest shipment of any products that have been produced by Geislinger to wherever the spare parts are needed.

MAINTENANCE
MAINTENANCE

It is in the nature of our high-performance couplings and dampers that some components are exposed to wear and require regular inspections and maintenance. With our service solutions, the lowest cost of ownership throughout the lifecycle of our products can be achieved.

IN-HOUSE OVERHAUL
IN-HOUSE OVERHAUL

We provide maintenance for the full Geislinger product range in our high-standard workshops at Geislinger facilities. Our goal is to restore parts to “as good as new condition” and extend the service life of our products to their maximum. Additional shipping costs are easily offset by an efficient repair scope.

Our highly skilled service engineers support you at almost any place in the world whether the maintenance is scheduled on board a vessel, during dry docking or at a workshop on site. The Geislinger Service Department will support you no matter how challenging the circumstances may be, even the most remote areas are no obstacle for us.

CONDITION-BASED MONITORING
CONDITION-BASED MONITORING

Our Geislinger Monitoring System is used to continuously observe the condition of various powertrains. Our Monitoring System additionally allows for data recording and our torsional vibration experts can provide recalculations, which are accepted by the class as equal to a full inspection. Our service engineers can support the logging procedures, and if the monitoring system has not yet been installed we can provide a retrofit.

SERVICE AGREEMENT
SERVICE AGREEMENT

Geislinger provides tailor-made service agreements to ensure optimized operation times and the lowest downtimes due to scheduled maintenance. A service agreement can comprise spare parts supply or include all different levels of exchange programs. We focus on the most economical solution for the customer.
